Do you offer QuadPay?
Yes! We are excited to offer QuadPay as a flexible payment option. QuadPay is available at the last stage of checkout when you select your payment option. You will see 'Credit Card' selected as a default — DO NOT put your payment info there. Instead, scroll down and select Quad Pay. You will see the option directly under PayPal. See the image below for clarity.
How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
**Due to COV19 delays and a high volume of orders, please allow extra time for your orders to be delivered.**
Normally, orders within the US are delivered within 1-2 weeks. International orders may take additional time depending on location and customs. Generally, international delivery time is within 3-4 weeks.
Why did I only receive the tracking number for part of my order?
Our products are sent to you directly from various vendors across the US, so if you are ordering multiple items you may receive different tracking numbers for your goodies.
Are there any discounts or specials?
We are happy to offer FREE shipping for U.S. orders over $100.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NOT all products are available to be shipped internationally. If a product is unable to be shipped internationally, a friendly note will be on the product page or at checkout. As we grow, we look forward to expanding our international product offerings.
What happens after I place my international order?
International orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery (depending on your location, it could take longer). You may also need to visit your local customs office to sign for your package (depending on location, additional fees may apply).
What if I haven’t received my order?
We are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Use your tracking number to stay updated on the status of your delivery and contact your mail carrier with any issues. We are not able to refund lost or stolen packages. If you live in an area with delivery issues, we suggest having your order shipped to a more secure location such as a local business or your office, if possible.
Oops! Can I update my address after my purchase has been made?
Quite simply, no. We will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and resend. We will also have to charge you again for shipping. Make sure you double and triple check your information!
Do you provide refunds for products or services?
Each vendor has a tailored return policy for products. For information about our store-wide return policy, click here. We do not offer refunds on services.
Do you charge sales taxes?
In accordance with California state law, sales tax is applied to all orders delivered within California. There are no taxes applied to services.

Our team will be happy to assist with the processing of your return. Each vendor has a tailored refund policy in place. Please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate returns on eligible products. Products displaying visible signs of normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
