Payment Options

Do you offer QuadPay?

Yes! We are excited to offer QuadPay as a flexible payment option. QuadPay is available at the last stage of checkout when you select your payment option. You will see 'Credit Card' selected as a default — DO NOT put your payment info there. Instead, scroll down and select Quad Pay. You will see the option directly under PayPal. See the image below for clarity.

 

Shipping

How long will it take for my items to be shipped?

**Due to COV19 delays and a high volume of orders, please allow extra time for your orders to be delivered.**

Normally, orders within the US are delivered within 1-2 weeks. International orders may take additional time depending on location and customs. Generally, international delivery time is within 3-4 weeks.

Why did I only receive the tracking number for part of my order?

Some of our products are sent to you from a different warehouse, so if you are ordering multiple items you may receive different tracking numbers for your goodies. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer USPS International and USPS Priority International. UPS and DHL for some countries. Depending on the country, your order may be shipped via APC, which works with local international carriers to complete your shipment.

Please contact us if you wish to use a specific carrier before your order is placed.

What happens after I place my international order?

International orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery (depending on your location, it could take longer). You may also need to visit your local customs office to sign for your package (depending on location, additional fees may apply).

What if I haven’t received my order?

We offer two shipping options for customers at checkout. Choose Flat Rate Plus to add insurance and signature requirement to your order. For International orders, USPS provides up to $200 of insurance to Priority shipments. This is highly recommended for extra security. A claim can only be filed if insurance is added or Priority mail is selected for domestic or international orders.

If you are experiencing issues receiving your package or tracking updates, contact USPS or the carrier used with your tracking number.  We are not able to refund lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit. Please work with the carrier if you are experiencing delivery issues of any kind. 

Oops! Can I update my address after my purchase has been mailed?

Quite simply, no. We will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and resend. We will also have to charge you again for shipping. Make sure you double and triple check your information! Email us at prettyspiritsco@gmail.com to make changes to your order BEFORE it ships out.

Refunds or replacements will not be given if you submit the wrong address for your order.

My order was returned to sender, now what?

It is your responsibility to follow your tracking number and let us know as soon as it has been marked for return to sender. Just email us at prettyspiritsco@gmail.com. That way, our shipping department can be aware it is on the way.

Once your order arrives to our warehouse, we will reach out to you via email. If you would like it resent, you will be required to provide a new address. We also charge an additional re-shipment fee. If you would like to return the order, we can offer you a refund minus the initial shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your package, your item will be restocked without a refund. If we do not receive your package and it is lost in transit, we can only file an insurance claim if you selected upgraded shipping. 

What is your return policy?

Store credit and exchanges are offered for unopened or damaged items and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  Products must be returned to our office before we can issue store credits.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned products.  Once we receive and inspect the item, a one time use discount code will be provided, amounting to the total purchase cost of the item, less shipping cost.  If you do not use your entire discount code balance on your next purchase, a new discount code will be issued for the remaining amount.  Refunds are not issued on services. 

Do you charge sales taxes?

In accordance with California state law, sales tax is applied to all orders delivered within California. There are no taxes applied to services.
