As we grow in our power, we also begin to realize our need for the help, grace and companionship of others. As we near the year’s end and the holiday season, let’s reflect on not just what we need but who.

Using This Month’s Tools

Journaling:

Your reflection journal is filled with prompts to guide your thoughts. Inside, you’ll find space to note your mood, write affirmations, and process how you showed up for and experienced your day. Sticking to these daily prompts will lead you to greater self-awareness and clarity.

We selected patchouli as your incense this month as it aides in opening the heart and attracting the people you need.
