Guided Meditation with Lauren - Virtual/FaceTime

During your 30 minute meditation experience, Lauren will create a safe space for you to clear your mind and relax. Your session will begin with a brief chakra balancing to discover blockages. You will then be guided to focus on peaceful imagery, visualize a specific goal you wish to achieve, or simply clear the mind space to invite peace and tranquility into your body.
