Clear your space from any physical clutter. Burn Sage or Palo Santo to spiritually cleanse your space. Light a candle. Take several deep breaths and begin to fill your journal. You can use your journal to list things you are grateful for, vent out frustrations, or allow spirit to flow through you for guidance and support on your journey.
