INGREDIENTS
epsom salt; sea salt; pure essential oils of lavender, lavandin, patchouli, grapefruit and orange
RITUAL
Pour at least 1 oz of salts under warm running bath water. Allow a moment for the salts to fully dissolve while you set intentions for your knowing bath. Surround your bath with any other tools you desire, such as candles and crystals. Always be careful around open flames. Get into your healing bath and allow your body to relax.
